At OG Kicks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new sneakers aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Log into our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the sneakers back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to ensure the product packaging remains undamaged.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team verifies the authenticity and condition of the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
